Bridge of Hope is a 12-24 month program providing rental assistance and holistic case management to assist families facing homelessness in obtaining safe and sustainable housing and creating long-term stability in all facets of their lives. Bridge of Hope also connects each family with a group of Neighboring Volunteers from a Christian faith community to build lifelong supportive relationships.
